Organic Cranberry Beans

Sometimes called shell beans, these Organic Cranberry Beans are not just beautiful to look at, they are delicious to eat. Great with pasta or sauteed with diced tomatoes Organic Cranberry Beans have a unique slightly nutty taste. They make excellent beans in soups and stews. For basic preparation, pre-soak beans overnight.
They can be served hot with butter or olive oil, but are particularly good served at room temperature with olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped fresh parsley. This is similar to the way beans are served in Italy as part of an antipasto tray and makes a great addition to a mix of cheeses, olives, and sausages for an appealing appetizer.
